What is Nutri V?
Nutri V’s goal is to eliminate food waste while also giving people easy access to healthy food.
They take 100% Australian grown vegetables (including stalks and leaves!) and turn them into nutrient dense, fibre rich, and protein fuelled vegetable powders. The end product is a convenient, ready to use, 100% vegetable powder that can be added to any meal!
Their vegetable powders are also 100% pure goodness. Unlike highly processed supplements, Nutri V doesn’t add any fillers, sweeteners, additives or preservatives. And they’re naturally dairy and gluten free too!
Nutri V was born out of a collaboration between Fresh Select, a farming company with 60 years of history, and the CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency.

What does this collaboration mean for you?
This summer, we’re using Nutri V’s innovative vegetable powders in some of our new main meals to give your vegetable intake an extra boost. That’s on top of the Able Foods commitment to providing at least 1.5 serves of vegetables in every main meal!
Our Steak Diane Meatballs features the cauliflower powder, while the Chicken Risoni Pasta includes pumpkin powder. In both dishes, we’ve gone above and beyond our promise of meeting our Magic 8 Nutrition Guidelines with every main meal.
