We may disclose this personal information to third parties, including our personnel, related entities, your, your Dependent’s or your Client’s support co-ordinators, support workers, case managers, healthcare providers, any third parties engaged by us and acting on our behalf and as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.

Purpose of collection:
We may use your, your Dependent or your Client’s information in the following ways:
- Service provision: to deliver the service requested from us effectively
- Communication: to communicate with you regarding our services, updates or important notices
- NDIS and Home Care Package funding requirements: we may be required to use your information to create Service Agreements, confirm and claim funding where relevant
- Advocating for you, your Dependent or your Client: upon request, Able Foods can provide an NDIS referral letter using your personal and sensitive information that can be shared with the NDIS for justification for NDIS funding for meal preparation and delivery.
- Advocating for the community: Able Foods advocates for policies that reflect the importance of NDIS participants’ ability to access funding for meal preparation and delivery. When we use your information to advocate for the community, all information and responses will be fully anonymised.
