At Able Foods, we love connecting with our customers and engaging in the community. This September, there was no better way of doing just that than by attending the Canberra Disability Expo!
This was our first time attending the annual Canberra Disability Expo and it didn’t disappoint. With over 2,500 people coming through the doors, we were able to meet some of our wonderful NDIS customers (new and long-standing) as well as connect with carers, providers, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and everyone in between.
Our Community Engagement Manager, Emma, along with Jasmine from our Client Support Team and T from our Retention Team, had fun giving out some samples of our most loved meals: Ateendees got a taste of our Cheese & Spinach Rice Bake, Honey Soy Pork and Buffalo Chicken Poppers, and also got to take home an Able Foods cooler bag to store their meals!
As with every expo, the best part was getting to meet our Able Foods customers face-to-face, and sharing with them what we’re doing to keep mealtimes exciting: Our new spring menu has just launched, keeping things fresh with the addition of Citrus Cake and the likes of Honey Mustard Chicken. We also spoke about our Seasonal Savers, our new range that brings our customers main meals for as little as $2 co-pay!
