How Able Foods works with NDIS and Home Care Packages
If your NDIS plan is Plan Managed, we will email you our Service Agreement for signature. Once signed, we will forward the Service Agreement to your plan managers.
When we receive written funding confirmation from your plan managers, we will call or email you to finalise the set up of your account.
For Agency Managed participants, we will email you our Service Agreement. Once signed, we should be able to create a service booking through the NDIS portal. When it’s been created, we will call you to finalise the set up of your account.
If your NDIS funding is Self Managed, we can get you started straight away! We won’t need a Service Agreement. We will be able to collect the details we need via phone or email and you can begin ordering.

NDIS:
Depending on how your NDIS plan is managed, we will generate a Service Agreement to review and sign (don’t worry it’s not a lock-in contract!)
HCP:
We will speak with your Care Coordinator to set up your account and confirm your HCP funding.

Once your funding has been confirmed, we will collect your payment details for your co-payment (as little as $2 for a main meal!) and discuss whether you would like a personalised meal plan or to place orders independently.
